All phataya users must be at least 21 years old. Age is verified during KYC. Underage accounts are closed immediately and any funds are forfeited. No exceptions are made under any circumstances.
Each individual may hold only one phataya account. Duplicate accounts — even with different personal details — result in permanent suspension and confiscation of all balances across linked accounts.
All promotional bonuses on phataya are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's individual terms. General bonus T&C apply in all cases.
No withdrawal is processed from a phataya account that has not completed identity verification. Valid Philippine government ID is required. KYC completion does not guarantee withdrawal — accounts under review may be held.
Any attempt to exploit bonuses, use third-party payment methods, engage in money laundering, or manipulate game outcomes results in immediate account termination. phataya cooperates with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities.
phataya may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes are communicated to registered players via their registered contact details.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phataya ("phataya," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phataya.vip. These Terms govern all access to and use of the phataya website, mobile interface, account system, games, payment services, promotions, and any other features offered by phataya (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing any bet, or using any feature of phataya, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the phataya Platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is non-negotiable. phataya employs age verification measures during account registration and KYC, and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed. All funds within such an account, including any deposits, winnings, and bonus balances, will be forfeited in full.
Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) active phataya Account. phataya uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are found to be associated with the same individual (regardless of whether different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods were used), phataya reserves the right to close all associated accounts and permanently confiscate all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals across those accounts.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID, your active Philippine mobile number, and your date of birth. phataya is not responsible for account access issues, failed OTP deliveries, or failed withdrawals arising from inaccurate registration information.
phataya requires all players to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. KYC requires submission of a valid, current, and government-issued Philippine identification document — acceptable documents include the Philippine System ID (PhilSys), Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), driver's license, or passport. phataya may request additional documents, including proof of address or source of funds, at its discretion and in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
You are solely responsible for the security of your phataya account credentials, including your password, mobile OTP, and withdrawal PIN. phataya strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
phataya will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. In the event you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact phataya's support team immediately to request an account freeze.
phataya accepts deposits through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, and USDT (cryptocurrency). Payment method availability may vary at any time based on operational or regulatory requirements.
The minimum deposit amount on phataya is ₱100.00. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and may be returned to the originating payment source, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing timelines.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your phataya Wallet within sixty (60) seconds under normal conditions. Bank transfers may take fifteen (15) minutes to one (1) business day depending on the bank and transaction volume. phataya is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank systems, or GCash/Maya platform outages.
You must only deposit funds from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party GCash accounts, third-party bank accounts, or payment sources that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
phataya operates in compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended and all related PAGCOR directives. Unusual deposit patterns, large cash-equivalent deposits, and structured deposits designed to avoid reporting thresholds are monitored. phataya reserves the right to file suspicious transaction reports with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required.
All withdrawal requests require that the requesting Account has successfully completed phataya's KYC verification process. Withdrawal requests submitted from unverified accounts will be placed on hold pending KYC completion.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawal processing times are not guaranteed and may be extended during peak periods, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the phataya account holder. phataya does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts, anonymous wallets, or payment methods that cannot be matched to the account holder's verified identity.
phataya reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline a withdrawal request while conducting a review of account activity for security, AML compliance, or bonus abuse investigation purposes. In such cases, phataya will notify the account holder within one (1) business day of initiating a review.
Bonuses and promotional offers on phataya are available to verified players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in each promotion. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are available for one (1) claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions are stated in each promotion's individual terms. General wagering requirement conditions are as follows:
All bonuses are subject to an expiry date. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not been cleared through wagering requirements by the expiry date will be removed from the Wallet without compensation.
phataya prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies (e.g., hedging bets across two outcomes) to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, and colluding with other players to fulfil bonus conditions. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and balances forfeited.
All games available on phataya are operated by certified game providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems tested and approved by independent auditors in compliance with PAGCOR's certification requirements. Each game has individual rules accessible from the game interface. By launching and playing any game, you agree to its applicable rules.
In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game session, the round in progress at the time of the error may be voided and any bet placed during the affected round will be returned to the Player's Wallet. phataya is not liable for game session interruptions caused by factors outside its direct control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures on the Player's end, device failures, or third-party studio outages.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on phataya. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, confiscation of all balances, and referral to applicable law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
phataya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that any provision of these Terms has been violated, or where closure is required by PAGCOR, law enforcement, or other regulatory authority.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting phataya's support team. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be completed, or the Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Verified Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player's registered withdrawal method following the completion of any applicable review period.
An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of ninety (90) days. phataya will notify the registered mobile number prior to applying dormancy charges. After ninety (90) days of inactivity, a monthly maintenance fee of ₱50.00 (or the remaining Wallet balance if lower) will be deducted until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. Accounts with a zero balance following dormancy fees will be closed.

All content on the phataya Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, game assets, software, and database structures — is the intellectual property of phataya or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of phataya.
Your access to the Platform does not grant you any ownership or license rights to any phataya content beyond the limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose as a registered Player.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phataya's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the Platform, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phataya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform — even if phataya has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phataya does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, third-party outages (including GCash, Maya, and internet service providers), and force majeure events are excluded from phataya's liability.
These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. PAGCOR licensing conditions and relevant Philippine legislation, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (R.A. 9160), the Cybercrime Prevention Act (R.A. 10175), and the Data Privacy Act (R.A. 10173), apply to phataya's operations.
In the event of a dispute between you and phataya, you must first contact phataya's customer support team to seek informal resolution. If the matter is not resolved within fifteen (15) business days, you may escalate the dispute to PAGCOR's player complaint mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures.
phataya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect Player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus structures — phataya will notify registered Players via the mobile number or contact details on file.
Your continued access to or use of the phataya Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
